Method

A dedicated Livv workplace strategy team was established to relocate and set-up the new showcase office in the City of London. The appointed Livv experience delivery team provided cleaning, workplace and hospitality services – integrated for added resilience and flexibility through cross-training and pre-trained mobile cover. Specialist pre-vetted Livv suppliers were utilised to provide tailored hospitality consumables and catering solutions for events. 

Livv created a seamless, tailored workplace for a Banking executive team to host VIP clients and investors in their new HQ.

Objective

Mobilisation of brand-new 17,000sq ft showcase London office for the executive team and to host VIP clients / investors. An integrated solution was required, as there was no client Facility Management expertise. The services required included workplace management, reception, housekeeping & cleaning, hospitality, and supplier management.

Result

A showcase, tailored and integrated workplace where senior executives could focus on their core business and the bank’s strategy.
