We all know how challenging daily disruptions can be when it comes to resourcing and consistency in the workplace. As Head of Operations, I am responsible for leading our offsite functions who provide a wide range of support for our customer operations and teams.

 

From leading the mobilisation of a service with my transition team, to driving the excellence and service development through our functions, and ensuring resourcing and operational resilience.
